RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pawfect Artistry, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our polices below for returns, exchanges, and custom portrait orders.

CUSTOM PORTRAITS

Due to the personalized nature of our custom portraits, we cannot offer returns. Each artwork is created with care and is entirely unique to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product, please reach out to us - customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we will do everything we can to make sure you love your final masterpiece.

If you received the wrong product, incorrect size/print, or your order was damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We offer unlimited revisions for small changes (colour adjustments, small edits) to your artwork. If you require a substantial change (ex. new photo, or costume/product change), you may change the photo or costume once per order for free. For a third change, there is a $10 fee to cover artwork creation costs.

CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES RETURNS

All clothign and accessories are covered by our 30-day return policy.

To initiate a return, please email us at pawfectartistry.studio@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.

All clothing must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached, in unworn condition and free of pet hair.
