How do I upload my pets photo?

Simply click "Upload Photo" on the product page before adding your item to the cart. Choose your favourite shot - we'll handle the rest!

Can I include more than one pet in a design?

Not yet—but soon! Right now our designs support one pet per piece, but multi-pet options are coming very soon. Stay tuned!

Will I see a preview before it's printed?

Yes! We'll send you a digital proof for your approval. Nothing gets printed until you're paws-itively happy with it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. Each piece is custom-made with care, so it's worth the short wait!

Do you ship internationally?

You bet! We deliver worldwide - because adorable pets know no borders.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your order arrives less than pawfect, contact us right away with photos. We'll make it right faster than a zoomie session.
