How do I upload my pets photo?

On each product page, you’ll have the option to upload a photo before adding the item to your cart.

Choose an image that feels true to your pet — we’ll take care of the rest.

What kind of photo works best?

We know this is an incredibly difficult time, and choosing the right photo can feel overwhelming. Please don't worry about the quality—simply share the one that feels most like them. If you can’t decide, feel free to upload a few, and our artists will help select the one that best honours their memory.

Will I see a preview before it’s printed?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof by email for review before anything goes into production.

We don’t print until you’ve approved it or requested changes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your digital proof within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Once approved, production and delivery typically take 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States.

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but it’s something we hope to add in the future.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and include photos of the issue.

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.

What if I don’t love my artwork?

Before printing, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your proof. If something feels off, you can request adjustments during the proof stage before approving it for print.

Once approved, all pieces are final — but we’ll work with you during the proof stage to ensure it feels right.
