How do I upload my pets photo?

There should be an upload button to upload 1-3 photos of your pet just below where you choose your frame.

What kind of photo works best?

Quantity & Variety
For the best digital likeness, please provide 1–3 high-quality photos from different perspectives. Seeing your pet from multiple angles helps ensure every unique marking and detail is accurately represented.

Lighting & Angle
Clear, well-lit shots taken at your pet’s eye level in natural light work best to capture their true fur colour and features. Avoid photos with heavy filters, dark shadows, or blurry details that hide their expression.

Clear View
Make sure your pet’s face, ears, and eyes are fully visible and not obstructed by toys, hands, or anything else. If you can zoom in and clearly see the texture of their fur and the sparkle in their eyes, your photo is perfect!

Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes, you can request up to 2 pets in one portrait. Please note that our base price covers one pet. For each extra furry friend, there is an additional cost per pet added to the portrait.

Will I see a preview before it’s printed?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof by email for review before anything goes into production.

We don’t print until you’ve approved it or requested changes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your digital proof within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Once approved, production and delivery typically take 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States.

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but it’s something we hope to add in the future.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and include photos of the issue.

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.

What if I don’t love my artwork?

Before printing, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your proof. If something feels off, you can request adjustments during the proof stage before approving it for print.

Once approved, all pieces are final — but we’ll work with you during the proof stage to ensure it feels right.
